Cy7 lysozyme is one of Nanocs IR fluorescent lysozyme conjugates. Lysozymes are a family of catlytic enzymes which damage bacterial cell walls by catalyzing hydrolysis of 1,4-beta-linkages between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine residues. Lysozyme is also known as muramidase or N-acetylmuramide glycanhydrolase. Nanocs provides a variety ofchemically functionalized and bioconjugated lysozyme with different functionality. These functional lysozyme products can be used for enzyme studies, bioassay development and many other biomedical research. Nanocs Cy7 labeled lysozyme is a near infrared fluorescent lysozyme conjugate that has excitation/emission wavelength at 743/767 nm. This fluorescent Cy7 lysozyme conjugate can be easily detected by fluorescent instruments in Cy7 channel. All our Cy7 lysozyme conjugates were purified by size chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
